Have you seen REAL ESTATE prices? Expect them to go down not up. Folks, we do hope to escape a massive recession. Well, it will affect a lot more than just real estate let me tell you. Oh yes, this anemic economic crisis... like it could put the squeeze on us.

OK, so what a burger has a rodent leaping into the deep fryer - wow. Do hope you like the flavor of mouse. Perhaps, it is a bit gamey. I hear the restaurant shut down, but it should be boarded up soon.

Right now oil prices recover. However, there are some economic concerns. Please do try to understand the universe we are in. Frankly, we could indeed face a massive recession soon.

Realtors charge high commissions. This might decrease in the future due to for sale by owner. Expect websites to take over.

Great barrier reef condition is very poor. Hey, this is not my own opinion. Let us work together to heal the world we are in.

The '90s were all about pagers. Hey, those are now rare. Most people do prefer to have a cell phone handy and not use the old fashioned beeper any more. Bro, that is what we know, but back then people could get a beeper for nine dollars a month - yes nine.

Oh yes, the sculpture is awesome. Modern art is too modern for me. Still, we do not know what it is. Maybe, it is angels, or it could be dancing women. That said, we do wonder about the pretty wings.

Yo, this is certainly a strange world we are in. Hey, we do think she likes to be friends with the shadow man. Do puzzle on who he is. Could be that we will never have an answer.

Utah

Utah is a great state, but a bit dry for me. Perhaps, it is great for a robotics company. Machines do not like water as it promotes rust, but there we are. Look on the bright side as you will not have to spend a lot of time mowing grass. Yeah, there is none.
