 OK, so some parent do not want to go back to the office and continue working remote so they can spend time with the little ones. They do not want to return to their old ways. Hey, the city is full of pollution and crime. I like to live far away and breathe clean pure air. Yeah, we do not miss smog.

 I still remember a different time when clunky old propeller planes were common. Well, we are moving into a new DIGITAL era. The past will pass us. Ah yes, technology is quickly moving at a much faster pace. Do wonder what tomorrow can give us. Certainly, things are going to change a lot in coming years.

 How long until self driving cars are common. That is a question and we do wanna see an answer. Basically, they are currently in the laboratory undergoing a debugging process. At first these vehicles will be rather expensive. Sadly, they will also be prone to error. Well, some of these might be rather serious. That is why a lot of people are wary... like of getting version one.

 People remember still old ways. Oh yes, they have all these warm memories. A few are of a time with less tech and pure air. Well, we do wonder if things in our universe can improve. Mostly, they do seem as if they are going to get even worse. I really hope that I am wrong. Time will tell as we say.
