 People need to become more aware. Basically, there are a lot of online scammers. Yeah, they want to take your money. Well, a lot of us work hard to earn some coins. Hey, the prices are always going up or so it can seem.

 Renters struggle to pay rent due to high prices. Just take a look at those egg prices. A few days ago... like I paid $9.99 for a dozen organic eggs. Friends, this price is execssive. Well, we will see what this year brings us

tiny town

 It is so great to live in a tiny town because every one... like knows your name. Things can be quite different in a big city with the rat race. There you are an anoni mouse. Well, that is my very own opinion. Please do tell me your own.

 People are not as religious as they once were.  In fact, the role of religion has been reduced in our common era. This fact should not come as a surprise to us. What is troubling, is that there is an increase in crime. I believe that the two phenomena are related, but I could be wrong. Most people are not aware... like of many pressing issues.

cruises

 A lot of our elderly do like to go on cruises. However, those seem boring to people who are young. They do like to explore more. Well, a cruise ship is like a floating hotel in many ways. Still, we do understand that going on a cruise is so awesome.

 There is a record drought in our amazon river area. Scientists say this is caused by our on going climate crisis. Yeah, there is just too much global warming. Frankly, folks, this is a serious issue. Water levels are at their lowest level in 120 years. I certainly hope that things improve soon.

beach

Instead of going to a dark empty church a lot of people rather instead go to the beach to have some fun in our sun. Well, that trend is worrisome. People need to create a closer connection with God as this life will be over soon, Eternity is certainly a long time and where we do spend it does depend on what we do now.

Old empires fall so new ones can rise. Britain is finished and America is just a little behind as we see. Sadly, this tragic situation does not have to be so. Hey, we could turn things around, but rather instead, we continue on our downward descent into oblivion and penury. History books will one day note that a brave few tried to avert the horrible crash, but they did not attain success. Most people prefer to be asleep at the wheel as they drive their car the wrong way into oncoming traffic and a disaster occurs. Ah yes, they are fast asleep and likely to remain so.

journey

 Life is an interesting journey. There's so much we can do and so little time for us. Frankly, I wish there was more time, but there we are. A lot of us do reevualuate our lives as the end draws near. Most of us wish we had done more. 

Colleges

 Colleges are being taught a valuable lesson now. Basically, it is go woke and then go broke - yes. Learning is certainly an invaluable experience for all of us. Maybe, we do need to become more aware.

 Toyota recalls cars. OK, so there are some problems with the airbag inflators - wow. It is certainly so worrisome. Fellow colleagues, we do not know exactly all that is going on. Still, we must go on.

empires

 Old empires fall down so new empires can rise. The decline of the American empire is evident for all to see.  Uncle Sam is really not doing so great now. He is a tired old man... who can just barely limp on. Folks, we should have seen this one near... like a few miles away even. Sadly, those who are forced to pay the heavy price are our young ones. Many of which are still full of innocence.

 There is a 5% chance that artificial intelligence could cause the human race to go extinct - wow. That is certainly a sobering thought as we can see. Perhaps, killer robots are one reason. Well, I personally do not fear artificial intelligence programs. They have more bugs than a beagle dog in a field of tall corn in summer.

 OK, so real estate could see the largest correction ever. Folks, we do need to become a lot more aware. Things might get even worse.

Loyalty

 Loyalty in the past was so common. Well, let's just say - that definitely ain't our case no more. Brothers and sisters, we are in a new DIGITAL universe. Sadly, the old analog age is over.

South Korean

 South Korean fertility rate sinks to a record low. Fellow colleagues, this information is so worrisome. Not a lot of children are being born now. The future of Korea is grim. Well, a lot of people do not realize how important children are.
