 Fellow colleagues, social media is a time sink and we spend a lot of time just taking a look at our micro  screens. It is not just the laptop computer screen. Cellular telephones also have screens. Instead, we should look at the amazing world around us. There is so much REAL stuff we can see.

 Python is a great language for programmers. However, it is super duper slow and then some more. It does need more speed and that could be the understatement of the year. Still, most people fear writing in "C" and that can get tedious as we see.

 I like silver, but this perspective is unique. People should be open to new ideas and new voices. Well, here we go.

 FAKE AI images are all the rage now. Yeah, it is so easy to create false images. Basically, in this new era... like we cannot believe what we see even.

 AI can help create new careers. However, it will probably destroy a lot of old ones. That is what fear as big change is near. Let us open our eyes. Friends, there is a strange feeling in our air. Sadly, we do not know what it is. Probably we fear what is new. That said, it is good to exercise some care.

 For our global reach tech titans, we see AI as a new measure. Yeah, the old yardstick is gone or near so. It is certainly a new universe we are in. Basically, the old analog age is over. Hail the new DIGITAL era.

 Microsoft is using AI in its Bing search engine.  This fact does not amaze me. Frankly, we know that they have invested billions in the open AI company. Oh wow, the future is going to be quite different than what teachers told me. Certainly, we do not see flying cars or men on mars.

 Here is what we see. Most of our AI-generated news is %^#@ and that is me being nice. Frankly, it is rubbish that belongs in a garbage can. It clogs the internet with spam. Well, it gives new meaning... to the term - fake news.

 CHATGPT is all the rage. Microsoft is going all in. This is some sour news. Folks, we need to get a grip on AI, or it will be game over... like for us. Please remember to keep both of your eyes open.

apps

 Yo, we know that apps keep their eyes on us. Basically, we need to feel free and they do monitor our every move. Not a particularly pleasant feeling to be in a cage says me. OK, so there we are now.

algae

 Blue-green algae can be both dangerous and poisonous. Toxic harmful algal blooms are a worrisome menace. People need to become more aware. Sadly, the amount of pollution going into our waterways increases every year.

amazon van

 Oh wow, the amazon van is so common. Yeah, they are quite a sight to see. Most people are aware... that we can save our own coins... by purchasing expensive items on amazon. Like online venues do not have all the massive overhead of a retail store in a downtown mall that must keep the rooms warm.

Real estate prices are going down instead of up. Actually, this is a sign we are in a massive recession. Get ready for a hard landing and there is a bumpy road ahead of us. Please remember to keep both of your eyes open.

 Argentina sees inflation increase. There was a doubling in price. Sadly, they are not the only ones. I can feel their pain. It affects most of the people in our near universe. Politicians do blame the corona virus.

 Here is a long list of the many jobs that will soon shrink the fastest over the next few years. OK, so we see the clock repairer is a new one. Frankly, most people do not repair a broken clock, but rather instead throw it away. I wish we could repair some clocks that have value due to warm memories.

 Oh wow, companies are mean. They do mistreat the young. Often new workers dream of glamorous careers. Well, the cold reality is not so nice.  Could be that work is work and play is play, but we need to know that what we do has some purpose.

 I use told that the future was flying cars and men on mars. Well, look up at the sky as we do not see any flying cars. Yeah, there were supposed to fill our air. Sadly, we might have to wait a few more years. Still, there is one outfit that it selling flying cars. Ah yes, the dream lives on.

Future

Future technology will probably be a lot more amazing... than we can ever imagine, but we are sure... that it will look quite different than now. Time will tell as we see.

 The Oregon vortex is amazing. I often wonder what a dimensional vortex looks like and how they can appear to us. Still, we do know that strange paranormal phenomena are a mystery that we wanna see.

 Youtube is testing free ad-supported TV channels now.  Fellow colleagues, this really is awesome news. Do hope they create a winner.

blue spaces

 Brothers and sisters, blue spaces are now said to be um good for us. Yeah, they are tranquil and so serene. Well, it is best that we not be too near an ocean. I really do fear an Atlantic hurricane with its massive waves. Doctors are prescribing blue therapy for patients, but they can count me out if a category-five hurricane is near.

 Just look at grocery prices. Oh wow, eggs are way up. They are blaming a type of influenza that attacks our avian cousins. Frankly, we are not so sure. Most farmers do not have a lot of spare eggs. I use to see signs offering eggs. Well, those are no more.

 Brothers and sisters, AI-generated content is seen as some spam. Yeah, that is what our anxious search engines say. Robots might not take over. Well, that is some awesome news. Most of it feels a bit wordy, repetitive, and boring to the max.

 CNET is using AI to write entire articles - wow. They do feel a bit artificial if you know what we even mean. Robots might take over soon. Hey, we do hope that we are wrong. OK, so that said, we might live in a future that feels like we are in a massive cage.

 The video streaming boom is over. Netflix seems to be a winner. Disney is losing money. It is an eerie universe we are in. Hey, this does not amaze us. After all, we are not going to see... like a lot of new movies.

four day work week

 Fellow colleagues, the four-day work week is the latest rage. Hey, we do like to relax often and this really is nice.

Pink

 Pink is a very divisive color as we see. Certain people do not like this hue or so it seems. Maybe, we need to get away... like from the boring industrial gray.

reality privilege

 Oh yes, reality privilege is a new term for a new universe.  This metaverse does rely on electricity and computers from the real one. However, it is less expensive to create a meta mansion. Also, the taxes are less for now. Like who really knows what tomorrow can give us.

layoff landslide

 Tell me it ain't so. Sadly, a layoff landslide is hitting the high-tech companies. OK, so they wanted us to come into the office and now... they claim our jobs are no more. Don't have to keep coming we guess. However, we also, do not get any pay. Just remember that you cannot call me... like to fix that latest bug in your program.

 Data science seems so new. That said, it has been around for many years. Still, there is a lot of incentive in entering the field of data science. After all, the practitioners make about $100,000 per year. Oh wow, that is a lot of green... like if you know what we mean. Do hope that people understand the dangers of spending way too much time in front of a computer screen. Well, it is not good for your eyes.

 There is trouble in our cinemas. Yeah, we see too many empty seats and not enough popular hit movies. Actually, the somber situation seems rather worrisome. Netflix might be one reason.

 Bosses fo want us to come in. They can desire to exercise executive power over us. Remote work is a lot better says me. Still, there certainly is a lot of face-to-face communication that we can miss.

 Oh no, a woman buys her father a time machine for his birthday - wow. Like maybe, he will not marry her mom. Then she is never born and we mean never. Yeah, going back and changing your past is one eerie scene.

 Creating a deep fake is max easier now. Stable diffusion is our answer. Yeah, we cannot trust what we see... like with our eyes no more. Ah yes, the time of tomorrow is upon us. Let us hope that we can find out what is real and what is CGI or a computer-generated image.

 19% of renters need to move soon. This is actually due to an enormous year-over-year price increase. Fellow colleagues, we are facing massive inflation that is serious. Just take a look at our grocery prices. Oh wow, those really did soar.

 God has created an awesome universe. It is hard to believe what we see. There is an amazing beauty all around us.

Fellow colleagues, we are in a new era. Oh yes, quiet quitting is taking over now.  Do remember that things are getting even worse. Yeah, we are tired of playing the blame game. Stop telling me... that things are gonna improve.

 A lot of people claim to have seen a UFO, but what do they even mean? Certainly, we do find space aliens worrisome. Yeah, they might not have in mind our best interests for us. Time will tell as we see.

 There is on our main street a rent crisis. OK, so this disastrous drop also affects mall owners. Yeah, we see that empty abandoned storefronts are more common now. Fellow colleagues, we do not see a recovery. Instead, we might be moving into a new massive recession.

obsolete

 Most phones and computers are obsolete or near so... like the very second they leave the pristine box that they were in. Those technological devices grant corporations more data access on consumers. Hey, it is one insane universe we are in.

 Tech layoffs are serious. Sadly, this is one more sign... that we are moving into a massive recession. Yeah, we are not pulling your chain now. Expect to see a fall in revenue.

 OK, so the lavender smell is pleasant to my nose. Still, this herb does have a cache that is unique to the max. Do look at this field that is before us. Well, that is my opinion and please tell me what yours is.

wage gap

 There is a widening wage gap... between teachers and other college professionals as the years go on. I am not sure why this is. Here is one reason. Perchance we do have a strong perception that most teachers are women. They tend to get paid less because companies pay men more.

gray

 Sadly, many houses are gray now. This color is so common. For me, it seems... to be both lifeless and dull, and grim. Yeah, it is the color of an old abandoned warehouse at the very edge of town where no one goes. Oh wow, we did say no one. 

beautiful

 I thank our God for the amazingly beautiful world that we are in. Just look at this serene awesome scene. It really takes your breath away.

Gold

 Gold is still going down, not up. I still remember when people said $5,000 per ounce was just around our corner. Well, it is less than $2,000 per ounce now.

 Riding on some bicycles is awesome. Still, we do get a bit tired out right after we can exercise. Yeah, that is the negative downside of strenuous work, but there we are.

 Vlog cameras are max. I do need better sound and nice music. Hey, we are living in an awesome immense universe. Yeah, we do enjoy seeing some mini-movies.

Realtors

 Realtors are telling people that they should sell their houses right away. Oh wow, that we will have a horrible crash in property prices. Well, we are no so sure. Please do open your eyes. Just take a look at grocery prices. OK, so are those going down or up? Maybe, we need to understand that inflation is still going on.

 Brothers and sisters, we do live in an awesome universe. Let us take it in. This pretty place is so serene. It is hard to find adequate words to describe what we see.

 Machine learning is all the rage now.  Hey, Elon Musk does fear that scary robots could one day take over. Tell me it ain't so. Still, we really do need to keep our eyes open. After all, the future of technology is upon us.

 Apple computer wants more money. They might display more ads on apple maps. Well, that is one theory, but time will tell as we see.

 Towns did depend on zoom. Look at the decline in prices. Hey, we need to become more aware. Maybe, this is their last gasp.

housing crash

 Economists tell us... that a housing crash is near. Truly, that is not what we see. Just look at the house prices. Sadly, those keep on going up. Instead, we might see inflation keep on sending home prices on an increase.

mouse mover

 To make it look like they are working, people are using a mouse mover. Basically, it jiggles our mouse. OK, so this does keep the computer from going to sleep and the big boss seeing an ominous DARK screen. Hey,  corporate employees are becoming more inventive every year.👦

 Pepsi finds the current situation worrisome. Not only are people buying fewer snacks due to our hyperinflation excess. Let me add, that they also see their products labeled as junk food by many. This double whammy is going to cause some anxiousness.

 Russia says drones are a great development in modern war. Hey, we do not agree. It is sad to see technology used for evil in this world of ours. Frankly, we see a lot of drones in our air. Well, they should create one... to deliver pizza.

Hey, we have a new virus. Yeah, it might be a reason... for us to worry some more. Oh wow, monkey pox is the name. Do hope that it goes away soon. Already, we do have enough worrisome issues.
 

Mount Everest

 Mount Everest is not the tallest mountain on Earth? Well, that is certainly a bit of some sour news. I was always told in school that it was. All those climbers might become a foot note in history as we find a new peak that is taller still and here we are. Life goes on. Just what can we see?

 Netflix keeps doing even worse. Fellow colleagues, this is one sorry company. I do not like to see nuisance movies. Well, those are so common. Yeah, we really wish that Netflix would level up their own game.

Death Valley

 Death Valley just recorded the highest temperature ever. Brothers and sisters, this place is a little bit too warm. Maybe, this is a reason... that some people believe in global warming. Hey, we really do need to wake up.

 Facebook is going to fact-check Wikipedia now. I am not sure on... whether this is a good thing, but a lot of articles are so-so. Please tell me when this horror movie is over.

 Elon Musk is not buying Twitter now. Ah yes, there is such sincere sorrow. The reign of truth is over. Well, they can go right back to banning everyone... that has an opposing view.

 Sadly, oil is back to over $100 per barrel just now. Hey, this is some sour news. Please understand that we are experiencing pump pain. Do look at gas prices. Yeah, those have gone way up. I still remember paying $1.39 back in 2020 when Trump was president, but we had a change in course. How is that green new deal working out for you?
