quiet quitting

Fellow colleagues, we are in a new era. Oh yes, quiet quitting is taking over now.  Do remember that things are getting even worse. Yeah, we are tired of playing the blame game. Stop telling me... that things are gonna improve.

UFO

 A lot of people claim to have seen a UFO, but what do they even mean? Certainly, we do find space aliens worrisome. Yeah, they might not have in mind our best interests for us. Time will tell as we see.

rent crisis

 There is on our main street a rent crisis. OK, so this disastrous drop also affects mall owners. Yeah, we see that empty abandoned storefronts are more common now. Fellow colleagues, we do not see a recovery. Instead, we might be moving into a new massive recession.

obsolete

 Most phones and computers are obsolete or near so... like the very second they leave the pristine box that they were in. Those technological devices grant corporations more data access on consumers. Hey, it is one insane universe we are in.

Tech

 Tech layoffs are serious. Sadly, this is one more sign... that we are moving into a massive recession. Yeah, we are not pulling your chain now. Expect to see a fall in revenue.

lavender

 OK, so the lavender smell is pleasant to my nose. Still, this herb does have a cache that is unique to the max. Do look at this field that is before us. Well, that is my opinion and please tell me what yours is.

wage gap

 There is a widening wage gap... between teachers and other college professionals as the years go on. I am not sure why this is. Here is one reason. Perchance we do have a strong perception that most teachers are women. They tend to get paid less because companies pay men more.

gray

 Sadly, many houses are gray now. This color is so common. For me, it seems... to be both lifeless and dull, and grim. Yeah, it is the color of an old abandoned warehouse at the very edge of town where no one goes. Oh wow, we did say no one. 

beautiful

 I thank our God for the amazingly beautiful world that we are in. Just look at this serene awesome scene. It really takes your breath away.

Gold

 Gold is still going down, not up. I still remember when people said $5,000 per ounce was just around our corner. Well, it is less than $2,000 per ounce now.

bikes

 Riding on some bicycles is awesome. Still, we do get a bit tired out right after we can exercise. Yeah, that is the negative downside of strenuous work, but there we are.

cameras

 Vlog cameras are max. I do need better sound and nice music. Hey, we are living in an awesome immense universe. Yeah, we do enjoy seeing some mini-movies.

Realtors

 Realtors are telling people that they should sell their houses right away. Oh wow, that we will have a horrible crash in property prices. Well, we are no so sure. Please do open your eyes. Just take a look at grocery prices. OK, so are those going down or up? Maybe, we need to understand that inflation is still going on.

pretty place

 Brothers and sisters, we do live in an awesome universe. Let us take it in. This pretty place is so serene. It is hard to find adequate words to describe what we see.

Machine learning

 Machine learning is all the rage now.  Hey, Elon Musk does fear that scary robots could one day take over. Tell me it ain't so. Still, we really do need to keep our eyes open. After all, the future of technology is upon us.

 Apple computer wants more money. They might display more ads on apple maps. Well, that is one theory, but time will tell as we see.
