 Folks, things are getting even worse. Buying a new home is, without a tiny doubt, very expensive. In a staggering 99% of our country, the average family does not have the economic capacity to buy a home - now or ever. The median sales price of real estate currently on the market is on a rise.

old cars

 Most of us like buying a new car. However, there are reasons... to not buy old cars. Frankly, it is a maintenance issue. Those do get expensive.

 Why can't we go to the moon no more? Hey, we never did go. That is the reason. Please do wake up. It is interesting that people belive we went fifty years ago. Well then, why can't we go now?

office

 Frankly, some office habits are annoying. OK, so we should not eat all the pizza slices in the box and leave none. Consideration for other workers is a plus, and being selfish is a minus. Do try to be more nice. Honestly, I like remote work as the long commute is a pain, Most of us also like to save money on gas.

AI advice

 AI advice can be harmful to us.  Yeah, that is something we need to remember in case our robots take over soon. Basically, they do not have the best wishes for us organics as we see. Droids might become one day our severe ominous enemies.

Elon Musk

 Elon Musk is the world's richest person once more. Hey, we do know that Elon is a lot more exciting than Jeff Bezos from amazon. Well, that is my own opinion. Time will tell as we see. Glad that Elon Musk is number one.

 Citizens are becoming even more poor every year. It is not just inflation that is raging. Do take a long look in our grocery. A lot of important food items are scarce now. Please don't get me started on the effect of high prices on us. I just saw $8.87 for a dozen eggs.

 Fellow esteemed colleagues, the world situation is so worrisome. Sadly, things are now... like getting even worse. Hey, we are in woe. I love peace. Well, we really do not want yet another unnecessary war.

Disney

 Disney has a lot of live-action movies. Frankly, I should delete the app. I am too tired to waste the little time that I possess. Yeah, we do know that time is a scarce resource. Basically, it is like water in a desert except more precious.

 OK, so climate change is now a topic in video games. Please tell me more... like about how our mother earth is too warm. Do we really need to see WOKE games? Fellow colleagues, we have been hearing about global warming... like since um the near 1980s even. Please tell video game designers that we do not want to hear about the melting polar ice caps. Instead, we want to know if we might face a new ice age. That would be cool - sorry on me pun.

junk food

 Brothers and sisters, eating junk food can shorten your life span. Try to eat some fresh fruits as those are good for you. Also, we do recommend more veggies. 

spy ware

 I really do not like apps. Sadly, a lot of them are infected with scary spy ware.  Hey, this is an onerous serious issue. People need to wake up. That cellular telephone is spying on us.

workers worry

 OK so as artificial intelligence programs gain power... workers worry. They fear that high paying jobs are going away. Well, that is not so nice. Still, the situtation could get even worse. Robots could one fine day decide to take over. I know that does indeed sound like the plot of a cheap low budget science fiction movie. Maybe, we are overreacting, but time will tell as we see. After all, the situation is worrisome.

 Yo, an apartment building did collapse in iowa. Folks, I do not believe it was built to code, but I could indeed be wrong. Time will tell as we see. Definitely, it is a scary moment in time for us. Yeah, we did say scary.

 Jobs are at risk due to artificial intelligence programs. Folks, it is not just robots that are so worrisome. CHAT GPT is another minor concern. Hey, we could have it spinning stories faster than any reporter ever. The world of the future is an ominous one.

 Artificial intelligence could turn humans into an extinct species. Well, that really is a sobering worry. I do think human versus robot sounds like a low-budget science fiction movie. Yeah, one that is very long on fiction and very short on science. That said, we can ponder on the world tomorrow that is near. Perhaps, we need to remember that not everything new is all good or all bad, but usually a mix.

Inflation

 Inflation is still our main concern. Folks, we are in a massive recession. However, do look at grocery prices. Yeah, they are still going up. People are still buying fuel for their cars. I have not seen... like a drop in gas prices. That is because many of us still drive to work in the morning. Not every job is remote now.

Robots

 Robots could do our jobs soon. This will cause even more serious issues. Unemployment compensation is just one. Actually, there are many more. People will feel worthless and with little or no common purpose. They might join some radical groups. Oh yes, typically those people deliver little if any benefits, but they are long on promises. I do not think that prosperity is around our corner.

AIRBNB

 A lot of people are having trouble finding guests for their AIRBNB this summer. Well, there are so many reasons. Here is an idea for you. Most AIRBNB properties are not pet friendly as we have seen. Do try to make your property a magnet for pet owners. Yeah, you might book more nights that way. Also, you can make extra money. Basically, you charge a pet fee in addition to your usual cleaning fee and there we are.

Walmart

 Walmart will close four of its eight stores in Chicago this year. Oh no, that is half - wow. Like there is one main reason. It is crime. Chicago has seen an increase in crime as in massive. People need to understand that these stores were all losing money. Big business does need to address the problems that we in society are up against or there will be a lot more people shopping on amazon.

 Liberals are trying to ban hunting now. They want to push their animal rights agenda down our throats even.  What about cockroaches? Perhaps, we can ban the shoe as it can be used as a deadly weapon.

 Here is an old trick to becoming wiser. Basically, you can think in the third person.  OK, so a teacher told me that is a sign, that you are crazy. Hey, we all wanna be more capable in so many ways. However, we must play the cards that we are given.

 People want their video engagement to improve. OK, so the main trick is to create short mini-movies. Yeah, we do not like the long ones. They do get boring after a while and do remember that most people have a short attention span.

 Granger Smith is leaving behind his music career. The ministry is what he wants to pursue. Well, that came to me as a surprise. Basically, he does value God more than material things or money. However, at the end of the day, money does not fill us. God is who we must serve.

 Yesterday, I saw a dead duck near my house and it filled my heart with sorrow. OK, so I had ducks many years ago. Fact is, I built a pond for them to swim in. They are a lot of fun to see. My favorite is seeing a mama duck with little ducklings swimming in a river.

 Question for you. What is the cheapest state? They say Mississippi is the least expensive to live in. However, I do not agree. Probably, it would be West Virginia my fine ones. Ah yes, there are lots of houses available for less than one hundred thousand dollars and that is nice. Taxes are super low and it has weather that is nice. Trouble is that jobs are few now. Coal is not as popular as it once was.

 Adobe makes AI generated images available for us. I use to complain years ago about the poor quality of our CGI or computer generated images. However, they have really gotten a lot better in the last six years. Still, there is some room... to improve.

 I can still remember last year. Almost everyone we saw... like they had a cloth mask on. Oh wow, this was true in BANKS even. Funny just how quickly things can change on us.

 Things do not look good in amazon. OK, so they are firing more workers as the business continues to shrink some more. Fellow colleagues, we are in a serious economic crisis. People are now holding back on buying items that are not absolutely necessary. OK, so we really do not blame them any.

 Migrants are moving to Canada in record numbers now. Don't really know what to say even. Hey, I have lived in Canada and it was just a bit too chilly for me. Oh yes, the climate we mean. The people are so nice.

 Twitter will remove its legacy verified program. Oh yes, we did say - remove. Well, that does indeed amaze us. Fellow colleagues, this news is worrisome. Hey, it might simply just be me. I am really not so sure.

 Hollywood is AI anxious now. They wanna limit its voice. Fellow colleagues, we do not see things in a similar manner. After all, we do like technology and remember that CGI means computer generated images. Where would Hollywood be without CGI? That is probably one of the most important aspects in movies.

 OK, so the retail apocalypse is so worrisome. People are starting to buy online to save some coins. Yeah, we remember that economists were blaming our corona virus. Malls are closing down all over. Basically, it is the end of an era. Computers have become a lot more powerful over our years.

 CHATGPT program from open ai could allow micro soft to beat google in the artificial intelligence game. Ah yes, time will tell as we see. There is a lot to view. Sadly, most of the content produced via CHATGPT is poor. Frankly, artificial intelligence is a very competitive arena. Well, if open ai does not step up its own game. It might be game over soon.
