 Employers boost wages. However, they cannot keep up. Inflation is on a massive roar. Please do take a look at grocery prices. Those keep on going up. Expect future costs to continue to rise. Workers often stay over time, but it is still not enough to cover expenses. Hey, we do need more pay.

 OK, so some parent do not want to go back to the office and continue working remote so they can spend time with the little ones. They do not want to return to their old ways. Hey, the city is full of pollution and crime. I like to live far away and breathe clean pure air. Yeah, we do not miss smog.

 I still remember a different time when clunky old propeller planes were common. Well, we are moving into a new DIGITAL era. The past will pass us.
