Illinois declines in total population for the fifth year in a row. Expect to see six. Yeah, we might even see seven. People are leaving that state for so many reasons. Taxes are one. Also, we see that Chicago is high in crime. Most people want to go to states that are warm. Like those high heating bills are a pain. I thought that they might go down due to global warming. OK, so we were wrong once more.
