Yo, we love rex. It is a brand new AI-driven platform for finding house prices. Also, it has much lower commissions. Basically, we are moving away... from using a standard real estate agency. Oh wow, that is old school to the max. Right now, we are seeing that people use Zillow to find houses and really do not need to have realtors any more. Hey, that is just my own opinion.
