no country for old programmers

Avoiding a mid-life crisis. It is not so easy. Basically, there is no country for old programmers. I was told by one boss that he would never hire a coder over 30 as they were too old and he only wanted people that were young. Well, it seems we got off on the wrong foot as he was 26 at the time and I did not find his comment amusing. Sadly, not that much has changed for us.
