South Bend is a dying city and part of the rust bowl of america. It is in the north of indiana, not the south, but chicago is near. Sadly, the industry is gone. Yeah, it has seen better days many years ago. While not as bad as DEAD-troit (once the engine of america), south bend is the home of the hummer, that megasuv. Tragedy hit the hummer and now it also is gone.
