Flood in miss

There is much flooding in mississippi. Sadly our river delivers a fresh dose of misery. Perhaps this is a flood that comes every thousand years. What can we many say. Certainly, we do hope so. I would have to have one even worse in many years. However, it could be that this is the result of global warming. Greater evaporation is taking place in our oceans. This water then falls as rain.
