Future predictions

Future predictions about 2020 were wrong. There are no lunar liners for us. Yeah, people thought we would be living on our moon. Do remember the old science fiction movies. Like there were spaceships full of dials and gauges. Well, those old films were long on fiction, and short on science.

Windows 10 can replace win seven. Hey, support is going away. Sadly, we might not be able to upgrade due to a lack of memory. Also, it might require... like a vastly more powerful processor. Yeah, new apps wanna consume our resources. That should never ever surprise us.

Rustbelt recovery

Rustbelt recovery is on. Ah yes, our regions bank could become a new hub for electric cars. Funny, who could have seen this one coming... like a mile away even. Still, electric vehicles account for less than one percent of all the vehicles on our expressways. Yeah, there are so many reasons. Sadly, the limited range is one.

Let us hear it for crows. They are one of the most intelligent animals ever. Well, they can often perch on a scare crow. That is funny in some ways. Maybe, they are not bird brains after all, but who can say? The universe in so awesome.

Artificial intelligence is cool, but it is also quite scary. People are afraid that someday robots might take over. Also, they do think that our current jobs might go away. Hey, we are seeing a lot of brand new technological breakthroughs now. Expect the future to be exciting and then some more. Do hope that robots cannot replace people any time soon. That would be a CAT- astrope!

Like wow, just look at the pope. He has an important message. It is about the current ongoing war of light versus darkness in this cold world of ours. Certainly, we might hope that things can improve. Yeah, we do want to live in a much better place, but let us humbly face facts as ours is one ominous universe.

Technology races on. It is hard to keep up. Let me tell you... that is a lot going on. Just think about the current AI race. Expect artificial intelligence to become a lot more important in our coming years. Well, we might have to pick up our pace. Yeah, that is what we see.

OK, so hallmark recalls candles ahead of the holiday season. This certainly is a bit of um sour news. I do not know what their new excuse is. Frankly, the future does not look that great for this company. Oh yes, it is rather dim or grim.

Walmart will put 5G in stores - wow. That is great news. Actually, there is a large Walmart superstore near me. Do hope they put in the antenna for 5G as that is super expensive. Time will tell as we see.

no country for old programmers

Avoiding a mid-life crisis. It is not so easy. Basically, there is no country for old programmers. I was told by one boss that he would never hire a coder over 30 as they were too old and he only wanted people that were young. Well, it seems we got off on the wrong foot as he was 26 at the time and I did not find his comment amusing. Sadly, not that much has changed for us.

Emotional intelligence

Emotional intelligence is important for photographers as well as the average person.  Well, that is what we see. Actually, there are those that wonder if EQ is more important than IQ, but who can say.

holiday season

Ah yes, the happy holiday season is upon us. Well, there certainly is more CHEER in our air. Not sure on exactly what that is. Decorations that adorn a lot of houses that are near me. Yeah, we do like to see the lights at night, but that may change soon. It seems that atheists claim that Christmas decorations are offensive and we need to remove em.

Here are some Disney minus movies. Yeah, it is a great time to be alive for most of us. Still, streaming is expensive. Also, it eats up the megabyte on our phone in a zap. Do hope 5G comes soon.

China has arrested more journalists than any other country - wow. What can we say about being a journo? This is not a great year. Jobs are few and bills are many. Also, you can get thrown into prison. Do look for another career.

US jobs

US jobs have shrunk since our great recession. Sadly, we are in an economic crisis. Do hope that it does not turn out to become a massive recession. Yeah, we certainly do not need another one.

Parents are out there getting toys for kids now. Well, the local toys r us is gone. Yeah, it is our new era. Economists blame the internet and amazon. Hey, we do not agree. It is that customers do not have enough money. They are trying to save every penny.

I can tell you something about sears. They are a symbol of a retail meltdown and our economic crisis.  Sadly, a lot of great people lost their jobs as we experience a mini-recession. Well, in the retail arena anyway. Yeah, this has certainly been a most challenging year. Maybe, things can improve. Do hope that is our case.

Well, the supreme court is getting a boat load of new cases. It should be an interesting next few years. Certainly, we do feel that things are rapidly changing on us. Really want them to get better, but we could be in a world that is even worse.

Folks, the so-called um sharing economy is scary. Bad things can occur. Large companies say that these occurrences are rare. Actually, we believe that they are so common. Still, your life does not need to turn into a horror movie. Please remember to keep both of your eyes open.

Black Friday has some tech turkeys - whatever that means. Yeah, they do claim that um 5G is one. Also, they add Disney minus. Hey, we do agree. Disney was down a lot and they still have the audacity to charge us money. 5G gobbles megabytes like crazy. Let me add that the phone is max expensive.

Twitter likes to ban people who say things that they do not enjoy. Well, they can delete your account for no reason. Do hope that people finally wake up.  ☄️

Robots and humans might one day marry. AI is gaining power. Frankly, this development should never surprise us. After all, we are molecular machines that seek a greater purpose.

A lot of people have left the frozen north for places that are warmer. Dallas has a lot of high tech companies. Let me add, there are great deals in terms of property prices. Yeah, all in all, this place is super max.

UN warns that there is a climate catastrophe coming. This is due to greenhouse gas emissions. Well, those are excessive. Sadly, we are all in this world together and breathe the same air.

Yo, we love rex. It is a brand new AI-driven platform for finding house prices. Also, it has much lower commissions. Basically, we are moving away... from using a standard real estate agency. Oh wow, that is old school to the max. Right now, we are seeing that people use Zillow to find houses and really do not need to have realtors any more. Hey, that is just my own opinion. The 5G coverage map is awesome. For example, most of Indianapolis is seen as BRIGHT green. Hey, those brand new 5G phones sure are expensive. Actually, it was over one thousand dollars for mine. Yeah, that is not just my own opinion, but do believe that it is a bit um pricey.

Scientists decode the world's oldest recipe. Hey, we are not missing any awesome DISH as we see. It is lamb broth and probably not the best tasting, but there we are. Basically, this can give us... like some insight into what life was like for our ancient ancestor's thousands of years ago.

Robots at amazon... they might make workplace injuries even worse. Hey, that fact is so worrisome. Still, we do ponder on just when the robot take over can occur.

Let us hear it for wave. They want to create better AI brains for autonomous cars. Fellows, this is an exciting future for us. After all, neural networks are getting better every year.

Fellows, we have a war on. It is cell phone versus camera. Often, we are told that the photographs look the same. Well, that is not so. After all, the cell phone has a tiny little lens as well as a small sensor. Yeah, the contrast is a full frame camera. Basically, there is no comparison.

Still, the cellular telephone has indeed improved over the years. Expect it to improve even more.

Honestly, we do wonder why the camel is known as the ship of the desert, but there we are. Life does indeed send us like into some interesting directions in our enormous universe.

Instagram hides likes now. Frankly, we do not know how they can make this internet service even worse. Yeah, they are trying so hard that they might finally have their well-won success.

TIME is certainly not my friend, but rather instead one of my own enemies. Yeah, there is so much that time takes away. Let me count the ways. Often, we wonder where all our time goes. Well, one of the biggest time sinks is surfing the internet which is exactly what I am doing right now.

Yo, here is one thing we can say about internet access. It is so expensive. Maybe, we need Uncle Sam to step in. Just look at all those big companies. Basically, they are gouging us. Heck, we do not always have access. It tends to slow down when there is a traffic jam on... the information superhighways, which is not so super.

using AI

Here is one reason... life for using AI mon. It could remove hiring bias - wow. Yeah, that is great news. Basically, we all have an inherent bias built-in mon. Often, it is hidden and happens at a level below our consciousness. Machine learning could help us to make better decisions and have more positive outcomes. Well, that is the theory anyway. ❤

Netflix

Netflix cares about its ratings once more. It is losing the streaming wars. OK, so I predict that Disney plus will be a success. About um Apple TV, we are not so sure.  Time will tell as we see.

Future days for us... look grim. I really do not know what tomorrow will bring us. Certainly, we do hope that it is better than what we have now. Still, we need to work harder every year. Often, it is for less money. Yeah, we are running as fast as we can. That said, we are losing our place and our space.

Cities try to ban cars. Fellows, bicycles are great when you are so young. However, the elderly do not have as much pedal power. Well, there it is. I really do like cars. Especially, the small ones. Perhaps, the future is not so nice.

Beatles remain pop. This is true in gen z even. Back in their hey day there were no affordable personal computers and mainframes did fill up a room. Well, rock and roll was being born and we did get to experience new music.

Apple TV+ is a new rage. Netflix might go away. Actually, we use to think about Apple as a computer company. Well, it is changing to become an entertainment icon. Disney is the competitor now. Funny how much things can change in just a few short years.

OK, so many people are considering an encore career. Well, they might need more income. Also, it help to give your own life extra purpose. Get out there and seize our amazing year.
